Shipping in NZ

We offer FREE shipping within New Zealand for orders $100 and over.

Shipping costs calculated at checkout for orders under $100*

We aim to have your goods delivered between 1-2 working days. Shipping may take longer for
 rural addresses.


We do send all parcels as signature required, so please make sure you supply us with a physical address such as a work place where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

Shipping to AUS

We offer FREE tracked shipping to Australia for orders $100 and over. We aim to have your goods delivered between 3-6 working days.

Shipping to the rest of the world

We  haven't forgotten about you! We do offer shipping to every country in the world. Pricing will differ depending on where you are - this gets calculated at checkout and goods are aimed to be delivered between 6-12 working days.


We aim to ship your order the same or next business day after purchasing. 

Your order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we do try our best to make sure you receive your package as quick as possible.

All stock is sent from our office in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we do accept returns for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you choose to return your purchase, you are responsible for any shipping costs. Please make sure it is sent back in a safe and secured parcel with tracking as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Any returns must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please keep your packing slip as you need to send this back with your returning items.



Cherry Eyewear has a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal everyday wear and tear. 

Please get in contact with us with any details of your return and proof of purchase and we will instruct you on how to send your item back. Once received, we will asses the goods and decide whether to repair or replace your item.
